We operate an e-shop on the website wwwsebimoto.com.
For the provision of our goods and services, we process some personal data.

I. Processing of Personal Data A. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of Using a Contact Form
If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These include: Name, email, and telephone number.
For what purpose?
We will contact you through these for further discussion regarding the products.
On what legal basis?
This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from our last communication.
B. Processing of Personal Data in the Case of a Purchase
If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the information you provide to us. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, email, and telephone number.
For what purpose?
We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, potential complaints, or your inquiries through the contact details.
We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (especially for accounting and tax purposes, as well as for handling complaints and other purposes).

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – the performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

For the duration of our service and then for 2 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
C. Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
If you are a customer who has made a purchase and have not opted out during the purchase, we will use your email address for sending our newsletters.

This is enabled by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, unless you have opted out during the purchase.

II. Who Will Access the Data? Your data will remain with us. However, some companies or individuals work for us and may have access to data because they assist us in running our e-shop. These include:
